In COWI’s career system you can grow in different directions, irrespective of whether you see yourself as a project manager, consultant or specialist.

Unlimited possibilities The size, diversity and global presence of COWI open up virtually unlimited career options. We create a dialogue-based Personal Development Plan to ensure mutual understanding and acceptance of each employee’s career choices. The Development Plan is revised in a bi-annual cycle, or when required by significant changes in circumstances.
